The first weekend in October we got to watch General Conference while eating crepes with homemade peach jam! I love this tradition we have because they are so yummy, and I don't make crepes any other time of year (although I should!) We also ate chili dogs for lunch which I think might be a new tradition to carry on. Although I love the food part of conference, my favorite is getting to listen to the Prophets, Apostles, and leaders of the church. And seeing my father-in-law singing in the choir isn't bad either! Check out this picture of Landon sleeping through grandpa's air time...

That following tuesday I was invited to share my conversion story, along with two other ladies, with the young women in our ward for mutual. It was so spiritual and so great to hear others' stories. I love sharing my story; it's fun to think back to my journey.

The following week our friends Amy and Mike invited us over for a pumpkin carving party.

Landon and their daughter, Raegan, are actually 1 day apart. Landon was born the day before she was and he is already like twice her size :)

The next week, Landon had his very first play date. My friend Marci came over with her youngest, Liz. They had fun, doing what babies do!

A couple days later, we got our first snow! Part of me was super bummed but the other part of me loved how pretty it looked outside!

The next day I was feeling crafty. I always feel crafty but this is one of the first times I have actually acted on it. It definitely made me want to craft some more!

The day after that our ward had a Fall Festival, which Nate and I were in charge of. We planned games and prizes and lots of fun things for everyone. We wanted to dress Landon up as something where his hair would  be featured. We decided on nerds...
(check out that part!) Nate was actually a guy from youtube, if you type in "Would you look at that"
 (earlier in the day)

Nate's work hosted a Halloween Lunch that we went to; Nate won "Funniest Costume"
