Tonight we went and looked at puppies. Nate has wanted a dog for a long time; he never had one growing up. We both happened to love English Bulldogs so we've decided that thats the kind we will get if we do get a dog.

There is something about seeing little puppies that makes you overlook all the responsibility they require and their cuteness just pulls you in :)

I think we are getting one. I'm going to cave...

My dad and his girlfriend cam to visit this week. It was so nice that Papa was able to come meet his first granddaughter! It was so great having him here for a visit and we wish we could have him stay longer. He had a blast playing with Lanny and holding Cambria, Papa even brought them Christmas gifts! He is so sweet. I love my dad and I sure do miss having him, and my mom, close by.

 

Happy 3rd wedding anniversary to the love of my life! There is no one I'd rather spend eternity with than my wonderful hubby. He makes me laugh every day and is so supportive, generous and loving. I feel so blessed, everyday, that he is mine! I am looking forward to tons more anniversaries with this guy!

For our anniversary we planned on getting massages and going somewhere simple for dinner. He ended up surprising me and pulling into one of our favorite Ogden restaurants The Praire Schooner and informed me we had reservations. I was so busy talking in the car I didn't notice where we were (on the other side of town) until we pulled in the parking lot. This guy knows me so well and knows how much I love surprises, he is the sweetest! We had a great steak dinner and enjoyed a couple massage the following week. Love this guy!

Thanks babe for being such an awesome husband and daddy to our kiddos! They are so lucky to have you as their father :)
